Warren C. Farrell is counsel with Harwood Lloyd in its General Litigation and Insurance Litigation Departments. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1961. He received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1966. He sat for the Patent Office examination in 1968 and was admitted to the Patent Bar that year as a registered patent attorney. He is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.

Mr. Farrell served as a Bergen County Assistant Prosecutor from 1970 through 1972. While there, he appeared and presented cases to the Grand Jury and tried many cases. Since that time Mr. Farrell has specialized in insurance defense litigation, product liability defense and construction defense cases, working closely with engineering professionals.

Mr. Farrell is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1966) and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1966).

Mr. Farrell is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
