TRANSPORTATION LAW

The transportation law legal team at Harwood Lloyd has experience in most areas of transportation law. We have represented trucking companies, ferry services companies and railroad car manufacturers in both litigation and transactional aspects of transportation law. The legal team has implemented a ferry service route from New Jersey to New York. We handle all aspects of contract matters including drafting and negotiating agreements and handle various litigation matters for our transportation law clients in Federal and State courts, including environmental cases, injury cases, product liability cases and various other aspects of transportation litigation. Our environmental law specialists also work closely with our transportation law legal team regarding transportation/environmental issues.
